Volckano and Huison Intelligence have established a strategic cooperation framework to explore opportunities in applied AI, digital platforms and international business development.
The agreement was signed on September 27, 2026, by Guangzhou Huoyi AI Technology Co., Ltd., Volckano’s mainland China company, and Huison Intelligence Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It also covers Volckano’s affiliated companies, Verve Group Inc. in Canada and Volcano Limited in Hong Kong.
Connecting business and technology
Huison’s business presence includes Huison Intelligence Limited in Hong Kong and Huison Intelligence Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in mainland China. LuminaBay is a platform operated by Huison; Huison is the corporate business behind the platform.
The cooperation brings together Huison’s market development, channel relationships and business network with Volckano’s capabilities in AI engineering, data systems, software integration and international project delivery.

Supporting practical delivery
Huison focuses on market development, channels and client relationships. Through Verve Group Inc., Volckano also supports North American market-entry and local delivery projects.
Specific projects will be scoped and agreed separately, with responsibilities and deliverables defined for each engagement.
