HollyFactory — AI Film Production Line

Automate
HollyFactory AI film production line

A Hollywood-style production line, run by AI.

HollyFactory breaks film production into fixed stages: script breakdown, character and set design, storyboard, generation, sound, titles and delivery. Each stage has its own checks, and nothing moves on until it passes.

Characters and sets stay consistent from shot to shot, so far fewer takes are thrown away and the cost of a finished minute drops.

The line runs in our own production workbench. It sets up each project, sorts the client's material, and locks every later stage until the one before it is done. Period dramas, short dramas and commercial ads each follow their own path, and the workbench picks the path from the brief. The client's script is the final word: a storyboard can shorten it, but never add scenes to it.

Workbench stage list grouped into pre-production, creation, and generation and delivery

Every project follows the same stage list: pre-production, creation, then generation and delivery.

  • Fixed stages

The same pipeline for every project, so quality doesn’t depend on one person’s memory.

  • Consistent characters

Character and set sheets are locked before generation and reused in every shot.

  • Checked before the next step

Each stage is reviewed before the next starts, so errors don’t pile up at the end.

  • Research with sources

Before any design work, we check what things really looked like — real period photos for period pieces, real products and shops for ads. Each finding is written down with its source.

  • Art board for final references

Drag research images into character, set, costume and prop slots to lock the final look. Originals stay untouched, so nothing is lost.

  • Automatic checks before generating

Before a shot is generated, code checks the prompt for missing parts, banned phrases, shot count and image ratio. A shot that fails is not sent.

  • Nothing is generated without a human yes

Every video prompt is shown to a person and approved before it runs. Each new take is saved as a new version and never overwrites an older one, because a rejected take can still hold the one shot that worked.

  • Built on lessons from real productions

The rules come from mistakes made and fixed on real projects. Each rule records where it came from, so nobody deletes it by accident.

  • Pacing is planned before prompts are written

Dialogue is timed at a natural speaking pace before any prompt is written. If a scene doesn't fit one shot, it is split into two instead of being rushed.

  • One workbench for the whole team

Team members open the workbench from their own browser on the office network, each with their own login. Spending is logged per project and per person.
