You face your users. We build the technology.
You hold the licences and the customer relationship. We build, deliver and run the system and its AI.
No AI team to build
Model choice, prompts and tuning stay on our side.
No model operations
Version changes and capacity planning stay off your schedule.
No tech team to hire
We handle development, deployment and maintenance.
Clear responsibility
When something goes wrong, you know who to call.
Six steps, with paperwork and development side by side
In some industries approval takes longer than development, so both start when the contract is signed.
Prerequisites
We check which licences are needed and identify any gaps before work begins.
Plan and quote
Scope, interfaces, timeline and cost, and what we will not do.
Contract and registration
Contract, software copyright, technology contract and data agreement.
Two tracks at once
You handle filings while we develop.
Integration and acceptance
Joint testing, load testing and acceptance against each measure.
Launch and iteration
Supported under an SLA, and changed as the business changes.
Four delivery stages, each one checkable
Assessment
First decide whether AI is right for the job. We map the process, data and acceptance standard, and say where rules or people are cheaper.
Plan and prototype
We settle the approach and architecture, build a working prototype, and write down timeline, cost and measures. Running cost and latency are worked out here.
Engineering delivery
Full development, testing, deployment and integration. You get source code, deployment documents and operating notes that your team can take over.
Running and iterating
After launch we keep watching results and adjust the process using real usage. Models and businesses both change, so delivery is not the end.
Four questions people usually ask first
Do we get the source code?
Application source code, deployment documents and operating notes are all handed over, so your team can take over at any time. AI capabilities are provided by API. Copyright in that part stays with us and you get a licence, so you carry no model operations or version changes and we can keep improving results.
Can we buy it outright?
An exclusive licence can be agreed by business scope, territory and term. Full copyright transfer is also possible, but it is priced differently and assessed separately.
Why must licences sit with the client?
It is a regulatory fact, not a contract choice. Whose name is on the filing, who owns the domain and who signs the user agreement decide who is legally the service provider. Writing it the other way round does not hold up, and puts both sides at risk.
We have no tech team. Can we still take it over?
Yes. Delivery includes full documents, or we can run and improve the system monthly or quarterly. Neither affects your ownership or control of the system.
Start with one small pilot.
Tell us the task. We will say whether it is worth doing.
