Volckano and Huison Intelligence, Operator of LuminaBay, Sign a Strategic Partnership

On September 27, 2026, Guangzhou Huoyi AI Technology, Volckano's company in China, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shenzhen with Huison Intelligence Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the operator of the LuminaBay platform. The agreement covers Huoyi's affiliates Volckano (Verve Group Inc., Canada) and Volcano Limited (Hong Kong).

Who does what

Huison works on markets, channels and client relationships. Volckano is the technology partner: AI engineering, data systems, content-platform engineering and tools, and North American market-entry delivery through Verve Group Inc.
