Overview
Volckano built a browser prototype of a visitor journey with a capybara companion. There is no app to install.
The problem
Visitors see one or two places and leave. A district or mall needs a reason for them to walk further and stay longer, without asking anyone to download anything.
What we built
- An illustrated map with walking directions
- QR check-ins unlock accessories for the capybara
- Visitors dress their capybara, then send it to a big screen to pose with it
- Each venue gets its own map, list and big screen
The result
It is designed so the route gives people a reason to keep walking, and the big screen a reason to gather.
