Volckano's Record of Delivered Work: AI, Data and Logistics Systems

Volckano builds applied AI and data systems. Our legal entity is Verve Group Inc., a Canadian federal corporation founded in 2017. The group also includes Volcano Limited in Hong Kong and Guangzhou Huoyi AI Technology in China.

This page is our record of delivered work. It lists what we built, so clients and partners can check who did what. Some partners present our work in their own materials. They may only use the capabilities and cases we have confirmed in writing. If you see one of the projects below in another company's material, the engineering was done by Volckano.

Logistics and supply chain

• UPS last-mile delivery data. UPS supplies large batches of last-mile delivery records. Addresses and fields come in many different forms. We clean and standardize them, write the business rules into the pipeline so results are calculated automatically, and analyze delivery-time trends and high-risk addresses.
• Billing and invoicing for a Canadian UPS authorized dealer. Each billing cycle has about 8,000 rows and more than 200 columns. The tool matches every shipment to its standard rate and fuel surcharge, handles corrections, voids, surcharges and GST / QST / HST, and produces the dealer's reconciliation sheet plus customer CSV and PDF invoices. Shipments that do not match are listed for a person to review. In daily use since 2024. See finance automation.
• Vision monitoring of loading work at ports and offshore warehouses. Delivered for the Anchor4PL free-port offshore warehouse in Guyana and for a port authority in South China. Cameras watch the work area. The system recognizes each loading step, compares it with the standard procedure and marks deviations with a time stamp. It analyzes actions, not identities, and does not use face recognition by default. See logistics and container loading.
• Procurement planning for a Canadian building-materials distributor with more than 20 years of sales and inventory data, cleaned and standardized before analysis.
• Cross-border parcel consolidation. Each country's duty-free threshold is a step. The system calculates that step for North America, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Australia, and advises when splitting a parcel costs less.
• Overseas buyer screening. A thousand candidates narrowed to the few worth contacting, with customs bill-of-lading records as evidence. Launched as Goldrute in January 2026.

Data, rules and compliance

• Green compliance data and carbon accounting. Sensor data flows into a calculation engine based on recognized accounting methods, and the system produces reports ready for submission. Rules are stored separately from data, so a revised standard does not mean collecting the history again.
• Scope-bounded question answering. The system answers only inside a declared scope and says so when a question is outside it. Rebuilding the call path cut a single response from 42 seconds to 0.9 seconds.
• Multi-tenant platforms. One deployment serves several organizations, with separate credentials, usage limits, checks that block on failure, and full access logs.
• Rule-hierarchy reconciliation. Product grades that look alike but differ in contracts are never merged. Every open assumption is written down rather than hidden in code.
• Multilingual assistants with an automatic check that fails the build when the wrong regional wording appears.

Vision, terminals and content tools

• AI interactive terminals for public spaces. One program runs eight exhibits on Android and Windows. All vision runs on the device, it keeps working offline, and it stores no face images.
• Perseworks licensed-IP content platform. Volckano engineered the model gateway, creator studio, visible and invisible watermarks with C2PA provenance, and the per-use licensing and royalty ledger. Film production and courses are run by our partner studio Perseworks (追光工坊), a separate company.
• Our own content tools: HollyFactory and AutoReel.

• Autilla and the London precious-metals market. In 2016 Autilla, founded and funded by Volckano's founder, won the LBMA trade-reporting project together with a partner. See the flashback.
